Tuna masala
- Canned tuna fish - 1 (185 gms)
- Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
- Tomato - 1 (finely chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 ½ tsp
- Green chilli - 1 or 2
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - ½ tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 or 3 tsp
STEP-1
Drain the oil or water from the can and keep
aside.
Heat oil in a kadai; add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chilli. Saute
for a minute.
STEP-3
Then add the finely chopped onions.
Saute till the colour changes; then add chopped
tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Sauté it.
Now add the drained tuna; saute for 2
minutes and mix well.
Then close the lid and allow it to cook in medium
flame, till the fish is done (no need to add water).
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with
chappati ,rice or use as a filling for Sandwich.
