GUAVA MILKSHAKE

Guava Milkshake

Ingredients
  • Guava (Big)-2
  • Cold Milk-2 Cup (400 Ml)
  • Sugar-4 Tablespoon
  • Milk Powder-3 Tablespoon
  • Guava Slice and Mint Leaves For Serving

Method

STEP-1
Blend guava, milk, milk powder and sugar well.

STEP-2
Strain it.

STEP-3
Pour the strained guava smoothie into serving glasses and serve with sliced guava  and mint leaves.

BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
  • Blueberry-1 Cup (30 Nos)
  • Cold Milk-1 ½ Cup (300 Ml)
  • Fresh Cream-4 Tablespoon
  • Sugar/Honey – As Needed

Method

STEP-1
In a blender, combine blueberries, cold milk, fresh cream and sugar/honey.

STEP-2
Blend on high speed until smooth.

STEP-3
Pour into two glasses; serve immediately.

ROSE KHEER/ROSE PAYASAM/ROSE-SAGO KHEER

Rose Kheer/Rose Payasam/Rose-Sago Kheer

Ingredients
  • Rose Petals-From 1 Big Rose
  • Sago Seeds (Chowari)-1/4 Cup
  • Milk-2 Cup (400 Ml)
  • Sugar-4 Tablespoon (Up To Your Sugar Level)
  • Milkmaid-3 Tablespoon
  • Salt- A Pinch
  • Rose Essence-2-3 Drops (Optional)

For Crushing
  • Rose Petals-5-6
  • Honey-1/4 Teaspoon

Method

STEP-1
Crush rose petals (5-6) and honey in a mixer. Set aside.

STEP-2
Cook the sago seeds (chowari) in 3-4 cups of water.
 Let cook until the sago gains size and looks translucent. Remove from fire and drain immediately. Add some cold water. It will keep the sago seeds from sticking to each other. Set aside.

STEP-3
Heat up another vessel.
Add milk along with milkmaid, sugar, rose petals (from 1 big rose) and salt, mix well.
Boil it on low flame until it reduces to ¾.

STEP-4
Then add cooked sago seeds (chowari) and crushed rose. Cook for another 2 minutes.

STEP-5
 Finally add rose essence. (Optional)
Garnish with rose petals just before serving.

WATERMELON DRINK

Watermelon Drink

Ingredients
  • Watermelon chunks-3 cup
  • Water-1 ½ Cups
  • Sugar –As Needed
  • Ice Cubes-Optional

Method

STEP-1
Cut the watermelon into chunks removing the rind and seeds. 

STEP-2
In blender, combine watermelon, water and sugar and puree.

STEP-3

Pour into the glass and chill before serving.

GUAVA JUICE/PINK GUAVA JUICE

Guava Juice/Pink Guava Juice
Ingredients
  • Guava (Pink)-2 Medium
  • Water-1 ½ Cups
  • Sugar –As Needed
  • Ice Cubes-Optional

Method

STEP-1
Wash and peel the skin and chop the Guavas.

STEP-2
Blend guavas along with water and sugar.

STEP-3
Pass it through a sieve to remove the seeds.

STEP-4
Pour in to glass and add some ice cubes.

MOSAMBI JUICE/SWEET LIME JUICE

Mosambi Juice/Sweet Lime Juice

Ingredients

  • Mosambi/Sweet Lime-2(peeled)
  • Sugar-As Needed
  • Water-1 ½ Glass
  • Ice Cubes-As Required


Method

STEP-1
Cut the mosambi/sweet lime into half and remove the seeds.  

STEP-2
In a blender blend the sweet lime/mosambi along with sugar and cold water.

STEP-3

Strain the juice in a strainer.

MINT LEMONADE/MINTED LEMON JUICE

Mint Lemonade/Minted Lemon Juice
Ingredients
  • Lemon -1 Big
  • Mint Leaves, Chopped -1-2 Tablespoon
  • Sugar -2 Tablespoon (As Needed)
  • Water-2 Glasses
  • Ice Cubes –As Required

Method

STEP-1
Wash and clean the mint leaves and lemon.

STEP-2
Mix all ingredients together and grind in a mixer or food processor.

STEP-3
Sieve it to a bowl.
Check the sweetness and add more sugar if needed.
Serve it immediately poured over ice in glasses.(If you allow it to stand for some minutes, it starts tasting bitter)
Garnish with lemon.

TIP
Don’t forget to serve immediately.If you allow it to stand for some minutes, it starts tasting bitter.

PINEAPPLE PAYASAM/PINEAPPLE KHEER/PINEAPPLE-SAGO PAYASAM

Pineapple  Payasam/Pineapple Kheer/Pineapple – Sago(Chowari) Payasam
Ingredients
  • Pineapple-1 ½ Cups
  • Sugar-3/4 Cup
  • Sago Seeds (Chowari)-6-7 Tablespoon
  • Salt-A Pinch
  • Milk-3 Cup
  • Milkmaid-5-6 Tablespoon (Up To Your Taste Level)

Method

STEP-1
Chop the pineapple into very small pieces.

STEP-2
Heat up a frying pan.
Add the chopped pineapple along with sugar and cook, till the sugar gets dissolved nicely and the mixture becomes thick.
(It will take 10-15 minutes).
Set aside. Let it cool.

STEP-3
Cook the sago seeds (chowari) in 3 cups of water.
 Let cook until the sago gains size and looks translucent. Remove from fire and drain immediately. Add some cold water. It will keep the sago seeds from sticking to each other. Set aside.

STEP-4
Heat up another vessel.
Add milk along with milkmaid and salt, mix well.
Keep stirring until well combines. When it reaches boiling point, switch off the fire and let it cool.

STEP-5
Add the cooked sago seeds (chowari) and pineapple mixture to the milk and mix well.
Pineapple payasam is ready to serve.

Note
Do not add pineapple immediately to the hot payasam. The acid in it breaks the milk causing it to curdle. Wait until completely cool and then add the pineapples.

AVOCADO MILK/AVOCADO JUICE

Avocado Milk/Avocado Juice

Avocados are commercially valuable and are cultivated in tropical and Mediterranean climates throughout the world. They have a green-skinned, fleshy body that may be pear-shaped, egg-shaped, or spherical.
Avocados provide nearly 20 essential nutrients, including fiber, potassium, Vitamin E, B-vitamins, and folic acid. 

Ingredients
  • Ripe Avocado-1
  • Cold Milk-1 Cup
  • Sugar /Honey–2 Tablespoon (As Needed)

Method

STEP-1
Cut the avocado and scoop out the pulp.

STEP-2
Put the pulp of the avocado in a blender along with milk and sugar/honey.

STEP-3
Blend it until everything is combined thoroughly (creating a uniform look throughout).

CREAMY STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

Creamy Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients
  • Frozen Strawberries-10-15
  • Whipping Cream-2 Cup
  • Honey-2 Tablespoon (As Per Your Taste)


Method

STEP-1      
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.

STEP-2
Blend until smooth and serve.




FRUIT PARFAIT

Fruit Parfait
Ingredients
  • Diced Strawberries-1/4 Cup
  • Diced Grapes-1/4 Cup
  • Diced Bananas-1/4 Cup
  • Whipping Cream-2-3 cup

Method

STEP-1
Cut fruits of your choice. (Here I used strawberries, grapes and bananas)

STEP-2

Arrange alternate layers of whipping cream and fruits in a trifle dish or parfait glasses by either spooning the whipping cream or piping with a pastry bag.

PISTA MILK SHAKE

Pista Milk Shake
   

 Ingredients
  • Pistachios-10-15
  • Saffron-A Pinch
  • Milk-2 Cup
  • Sugar-As Needed
  • Vanilla Icecream-1 Scoop (Optional)

 Method
    
    STEP-1
    Soak the pistachios in hot water and leave aside for an hour.
    
    STEP-2
    Grind the pistachios along with the saffron until they form a smooth paste
    
    STEP-3
    Add milk, sugar and ice cream and blend again.
   
    STEP-4
    Keep blending until the ingredients have mixed well.
    
    STEP-5
    Garnish with the saffron and pistachios.

CHOCO-CARROT MILKSHAKE

Choco-Carrot Milkshake


Ingredients:
  • Carrot-2
  • Cold Milk-2 Cup
  • Sugar-3 Tablespoon (As Per Your Taste)
  • Ice Cream(Chocolate Flavor)-1 Scoop

Method:

STEP-1
Peel and cut the carrot into small pieces.

STEP-2
Cook the carrot with 1 cup of water. Let it cool.

STEP-3
Blend the cooked carrot with sugar, milk and ice cream.

STEP-4
Pour into glass and serve chilled.










BANANA MILKSHAKE

Banana Milkshake

Ingredients:
  • Banana (Small)-5-6
  • Milk-2 Cup
  • Sugar-2 Tablespoon(As Per Your Taste)
  • Chocolate Syrup-For Topping(Optional)

Method:

STEP-1
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend well until smooth.


STEP-2

Pour the milkshake into serving glass and serve immediately.

PAPAYA JUICE

Papaya Juice


Ingredients
  • Papaya – ½ Cup
  • Milk Powder – 2 Tablespoon
  • Sugar – 1 Tablespoon (As Per Your Taste)
  • Cold Water -1/4-1/2 Cup


Method

STEP-1
Peel papaya and remove seeds; dice into small pieces.

STEP-2
Place papaya pieces, sugar, milk powder and cold water in blender or food processor.
Blend until a smooth puree.

STEP-3
Check for consistency; if it is too thick, and then add more water. Blend it again for few seconds and taste for sugar.

STEP-4
Pour it in serving glass and serve immediately.

Coffee is one of the most popular drinks in the world. It can be prepared and presented in a variety of ways. The effect of coffee on human health has been a subject of many studies; however, results have varied in terms of coffee's relative benefit. The majority of recent research suggests that moderate coffee consumption is benign or mildly beneficial in healthy adults.

Ingredients
  • Coffee Powder -1 Teaspoon Full (Any Good Quality)
  • Sugar -2 Teaspoon(As Per Your Taste)
  • Hot Water -2 Teaspoon
  • Boiled Full Cream Milk -1 Cup (Regular Milk)
  • Chocolate Powder/Cocoa Powder -For Sprinkles

Method

STEP-1
Take coffee, sugar and hot water in a cup and beat it with spoon or fork until it becomes caramel color.

STEP-2
Then takes out 1 tablespoon of coffee cream in a separate cup and add hot milk in it and mix it well.
It will look nice and forthy.

STEP-3
Sprinkle the chocolate powder/coffee powder and with the help of the tooth pick make a pattern which you like and serve.
Strong one -1 cup coffee is ready.

PEAR MILKSHAKE

Pear Milkshake


Pears fruit is packed with health benefiting nutrients such as dietary fiber, anti-oxidants, minerals and vitamins, which are necessary for optimum health. Regular eating of this fruit may offer protection against colon cancer.
In addition, pear fruit is one of the very low calorie fruits; provides just 58 calories per 100g.
 A low calorie but high fiber diet may help bring significant reduction in body weight, and blood LDL cholesterol levels. They contain good quantities of vitamin C.

Ingredients
  • Pears - 1 Cup (De-Seeded And Chopped)
  • Sugar- As Required
  • Milk- 1/2 Cup (Chilled)
  • Ice Cubes – As Required
  • Crushed Nuts-For Garnishing


Method

STEP 1
 For preparing pears milk shake, blend the pears, sugar, milk and ice cubes to a fine paste.

STEP 2
Pears milk shake is ready. Garnish with crushed nuts. Serve chilled.
