CARROT MILKSHAKE

Carrot Milkshake





Carrot juice is a delicious and nutritious drink rich in beta carotene, vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and K, and minerals like calcium, phosphorous, and potassium. Carrots are great for your skin, hair, and nails, as well as your liver function.

Ingredients

  • Carrots – 2(Large Sized; Cleaned And Cooked/Steamed Till Softly Done)
  • Sugar  – 4-5 Tablespoon(To Taste)
  • Milk -2 Glass
  • Cardamom Powder-1/4 Teaspoon

Method

STEP-1
Allow the steamed carrots to cool.

STEP-2
Blend in the mixer with just half a glass of milk, cardamom powder and sugar to a smooth mixture at high-speed.

STEP-3
Add the rest of the milk and give the mixture another whir or two, at medium-speed.

STEP-4
Allow to chill in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

STEP-5
Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
