Prawn
Dry Roast
For marination
- .Prawns-1/2 k
- .Red chilly powder-1tsp(up to your spice level)
- .Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
- .Salt-as required
- .Oil-for frying
For masala
- .Chopped Onion-2 (small)
- .Chopped Tomato-1
- .Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
- .Green chilly-2(slit)
- .Turmeric powder-a pinch
- .Red chilly powder-1/4 tsp
- .Curry leaves-1 string
- .Salt-a pinch
- .Chopped coriander leaves-few
- .Lime juice-1 tsp
Method
STEP-1
Marinate prawns along with turmeric powder,red chilly powder
and salt for 30 minutes.
Then fry in oil and set aside.
STEP-2
In that same oil sauté onion,till it become transclucent.
STEP-3
Add ginger garlic paste sauté again.
STEP-4
Add green chilly,sauté it
STEP-5
Add turmeric powder and red chilly powder,one by one ,sauté it.
STEP-6
Add tomato, close the lid and cook in low flame till the
tomato became a fine paste.
STEP-7
Add enough salt for masala.
STEP-8
Add fried prawns and mix well. Close the lid and cook for 5
minutes in medium heat.
STEP-9
Then add curry leaves ,coriander leaves and lime juice.mix
well and turn off fire.
