MANGO FRESH CREAM POPSICLE

Mango Fresh cream Popsicle



Ingredients

  • Mangoes - 2
  • Sugar - 3 Tablespoon (As Per Your Taste)
  • Fresh Cream - 1 Cup
  • Honey -2 Tablespoon (As Per Your Taste)

 Method

STEP-1
Cut the mangoes into chunks and put in the blender. Add 3 tablespoon of sugar and puree until it turns creamy.

STEP-2 
In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup cream and honey.

(Now you have cream mixture and mango mixture. Place both mixtures in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes until they are a little more firm for nice marbling-optional)

STEP-3 
Add the mixture to your Popsicle mold/cup.
The mango puree may be to 3/4th of each mold. Then add cream mixture and finally finish it off with mango puree layer.

STEP-4 
 Wrap each mold/cup with plastic wrap and insert craft sticks into each mold/cup. You can even close it with your Popsicle mold lid itself.
 Place in the freezer for 7 hours/overnight until firm.

STEP-5
To remove the Popsicle from the molds/cups,take it out and carefully show the outer surface under tap running water. Enjoy!
