Nadan Fish(Sardine) Mulakittathu

Sardines (mathi) are best when you make curry out of it.. This is an easy fish curry and I got this recipe from my mom.Best when you make this in coconut oil and use Kashmiri chilly gives it a deep color. This curry is easy to make as we need not wait for the onion to turn brown. This is a quick and easy to make curry. You can make this curry with other fish like mackerel (ayila), sear fish, butter fish (modha) etc. But I recommend Sardines (mathi).
