Easy Kallummakkaya(mussels)
Roast
- Kallummakkaya(Mussels)-1/2 k
- Red chilly powder -1tsp(up to your spice level)
- Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
- Salt – as required
- Chopped onion -3
- Chopped tomato -1
- Curry leaves-1 string
- Coconut oil-2-3tbsp
Method
STEP-1
Cook mussels in a pan about
2-3 minutes in medium flame(until water dries).
STEP-2
Add onion ,coconut oil and curry
leaves.Saute for 2 minutes
STEP-3
Then add turmeric powder ,red
chilly powder,chopped tomato and salt.
STEP-4
Close the lid and cook the
fish in medium flame by stirring occasionally.
