Panna Cotta
This is a creamy Italian dessert.I consider this dessert perfect for summer days. It’s elegant and refreshing and you can always change the fruit sauce, from strawberries to other berries,cherries,peaches or apricots

Ingredients
First Layer
- Gelatin-1/2 Tablespoon (5g)
- Cold Water-2 Tablespoon (30g)
- Whipping Cream-200 Ml
- Milk-200 Ml
- Sugar- 1/4 Cup (50g)
- Vanilla Essence-1 Teaspoon
Second Layer
- Fresh Strawberries-450 G
- Sugar-1/3 Cup (70g)
- Water-2 Tablespoon (30g)
Method
For First Layer
STEP-1
Dissolve gelatin in 2 tablespoon of
old water.
Let it swell for about 5-10
minutes.
STEP-2
Meanwhile, in a saucepan
add milk, whipping cream and sugar.
Bring to simmer over
medium-low heat until sugar dissolves.
Do not boil.
Turn off fire.
STEP-3
Add vanilla essence and mix
well.
Let cool for 5 minutes
before adding the gelatin.
STEP-4
Add gelatin in to the milk
mixture and stir until the gelatin has completely dissolve.
STEP-5
Pour into a glass. (Through
one side)
(4 serving glasses-150 ml
capacity)
Refrigerate for about 4
hours or better overnight.
Second Layer
STEP-6
Cut strawberries into
quarters.
In a saucepan add
strawberries, sugar and water.
Bring to a simmer and
remove from heat immediately.
Smash it and make paste.
Strain it.
Cover it and let it cool to
room temperature then refrigerate until ready to serve.
STEP-7
Top the set of panna cotta
with the strawberry mixture chill until ready to serve.Enjoy!!!!
