Wheat Dosa/Gothumbu Dosa
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour-2 ½ Cups
- Water-2 ½ -3 Cups (As Needed)
- Cumin Seeds-1 Teaspoon
- Salt –As Required
- Oil-If Needed
Method
STEP-1
To make wheat dosa, mix the flour,
salt and cumin seeds in a bowl.
STEP-2
Add water little by little
as needed and make the batter gets consistency of normal dosa. (Break up lumps)
STEP-3
Heat a dosa skillet
and pour oil if needed.
Pour a ladleful of
wheat batter at the center. With the back of ladle spread the batter in
circular motion.
Let it cook for 1-2
minutes with closed lid in medium flame.
Serve the dosa with
onion chutney(CLICK HERE FOR 'ONION CHUTNEY') or any other curry dish.
