EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

Eggless Chocolate Cake


Chocolate cake is a cake flavored with melted chocolate or cocoa powder.

Prep Time          
15 min+baking time

Ingredients
  • .Flour/Wheat Flour-1 ¼ Cup
  • .Coco Powder-4 Tablespoon (Heaped)
  • .Baking Powder-11/2 Teaspoon
  • .Baking Soda-1 ½ Teaspoon
  • .Milk-1 ¼ Cup
  • .Sugar Powder-1 Cup
  • .Honey -2 Tablespoon
  • .Coffee Powder-1 Teaspoon
  • .Oil- ¾ Cup

 For Icing
  • .Whipping Powder-2 Sachet
  • .Cold Milk-250 Ml
  • .Vanilla Essence – Teaspoon
  • .Pink Food Color –Few Drops




Method

STEP-1
Preheat oven to 180 c.

STEP-2
Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

STEP-3
In a bowl boil milk along with sugar, coffee powder and honey. Stir it until sugar dissolve.
 Kept aside and let it cool.

STEP-4
In a bowl beat oil and milk, with a blender.




STEP-5
Add ½ of the dry ingredient, beat along with milk.
Finish by adding rest of dry ingredient and beat in low speed.

STEP-6
Pour the mixture into a greased baking tray.
Bake it in preheated oven for 180 until done.(when the toothpick insert, it will comes out clean)

For preparing icing

STEP-1
Add contents of sachet in a deep bowl.

STEP-2
Add 250 ml of cold milk and vanilla essence.

STEP-3
Whip at low speed for 2 minutes with an electric mixer, then in high speed for 3-4 minutes until texture becomes thick and fluffy.

STEP-4
Then add pink color, beat again.

STEP-5
Fill these icing in to a piping bag. Decorate the cake as you like.
