NO BAKE CHEESE CAKE

No Bake Cheese Cake

This is an easy cheesecake recipe that is topped with delicious nutella cream.Cheesecake is a sweet dish consisting of one or more layers. The main, and thickest layer, consists of a mixture of soft, fresh cheese (typically cream cheese or ricotta), eggs, and sugar; if there is a bottom layer it often consists of a crust or base made from crushed cookies (or digestive biscuit), graham crackers, pastry, or sponge cake. It may be baked or unbaked (usually refrigerated). Cheesecake is usually sweetened with sugar and may be flavored or topped with fruit, whipped cream, nuts, fruit sauce, and/or chocolate syrup. Cheesecake can be prepared in many flavors, such as; strawberry, pumpkin, key lime, chestnut, or toffee.

Prep Time
15 min+refrigeration time

Ingredients
  •          .Digestive biscuits-150g
  •         . Butter-50g
  •          . Cream cheese-300g
  •         . Icing sugar/milkmaid-145(I used milkmaid in my recipe)
  •          .Lemon juice2tsp
  •          .Fresh cream-450ml
  •         . Vanilla extract-1tsp
  •         .Nutella –for icing

Method

STEP-1
.Make the base by crushing the digestive biscuits up into a powder in a food processor. Melt the butter, and then mixing them together.

STEP-2
.Line baking paper in a baking tray. Press into the bottom of a tin with a removable base, then put in the fridge for 1 hour to set.

STEP-3
.Beat cream cheese until it become soft. Then add lemon juice, fresh cream, icing sugar/(milkmaid) and vanilla essence in to that bowl .Beat again until it become smooth.

STEP-4
.Take the digestive base out of the fridge and spread the cheesecake mix over the top. Chill in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.

STEP-5
.Then decorate with nutella.

Tip

  • .You can also use chocolate bourbons without the cream center for the base; works just as well if not better.
  • .You can decorate the cheese cake with any type of jam.
  • .If you want you can take some strawberries and arrange them on top of cheesecake once you have spread jam.
