EASY EGG NOODLES

Easy Egg Noodles





This is an easy noodles with egg and vegetables.

Ingredients


  • Oil-1tsp
  • Egg-1
  • Capsicum-1/4 portion (finely chopped)
  • Tomato-1/4 portion (finely chopped)
  • Onion-1/4 portion (finely chopped)
  • Whole red chilly-2(chopped)
  • Noodles-1 packet (indo mie)
  • Salt-a pinch

Method

STEP-1
.Boil water, and add the noodles. Let it boil for 3 - 4 minutes till cooked. Drain and keep aside.

STEP-2
.Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, then break the egg.
.Scramble it well, till the egg is completely cooked.

STEP-3
.Then add all vegetables, salt and red chillies .Cook for two minutes in high flame.

STEP-4
.Now add boiled and drained noodles to the pan and mix well with vegetables and egg.

STEP-5
.Then add spices provided in the packet of indo mie(You can also add spices like chilly powder, pepper powder, chicken masala etc).
.Toss the noodles for 2 minutes in high flame.



Tip

.You can use any other vegetables .Here I used capsicum, tomato and onion.
