MORRU CURRY

Morru Curry

Ingredients
  • .Sour Yugurt-1big cup
  • .Coriander leaves-few
  • .Ginger-1
  • .Garlic -2(optional)
  • .Green chilly-2(depends on your spice level)
  • .Salt-as required
  • .oil-1bsp
  • .Mustard seeds-1/2tsp
  • .Whole red chilly-2
  • .Finely chopped onion -1/2 portion
  • .Turmeric powder-1/4tsp


Method

STEP-1
.Grind yougurt, coriander leaves, green chilly, ginger and garlic in a mixer.

STEP-2
.In a pan pour oil. Splutter mustard seeds.

STEP-3
.Add red chillies and curry leaves .Saute again

STEP-4
.Add turmeric powder, sauté it  in low flame.

STEP-5
.Then add onion, sauté until it become golden brown.

STEP-6
.Add yougurt paste and salt. Close the lid and cook until when the bubbles comes out. Turn off the fire.
