Flourless Chocolate Cake

This is a easy cake recipe without flour .And another specialty of this cake is ,it’s a microwave cake and can be done in 2 minutes. If you don’t have chocolate chips, you can use any good quality chocolate.

Ingredients

• .Chocolate Chips-1/2 Cup(Keep 2 Tablespoon Of Chocolate Chips From This Quantity)
• .Butter -2 Tablespoon
• .Vanilla Essence-1/2 Teaspoon
• .Egg -1
• .Salt-1/8 Teaspoon
• .Sugar -2 Tablespoon
• .Cocoa Powder-1 ½ Teaspoon
• .Chocolate Chips -1 Tablespoon
• .Sugar Powder-For Decoration

Method

STEP-1

.Melt chocolate chips in microwave.

STEP-2

.Add butter and vanilla essence, mix well.

STEP-3

.In another bowl whisks a large egg.

STEP-4

.Add salt and sugar whisk again for about 5 minutes. It will become a creamy texture.

STEP-5

.Add melted chocolate and fold.

STEP-6

.Add cocoa powder and chocolate chips and fold again.

STEP-7

.Divide between two mugs. Microwave for 2 minutes. When it becomes cool demold it.

STEP-8

.Decorate with sugar powder/melted white chocolate.
