Pista Milk/Pista Milk with Apple & Chia Seeds
Ingredients
- Cold Milk-3 Cup (600 Ml)
- Sugar-5 Tablespoon (As Per Your
Taste)
- Chia Seeds-1 Tablespoon (Soaked In
¼ Cup Water For 10 Minutes )
- Finely Chopped Apple-Few
- Pista Essence-1/2 Teaspoon
Method
STEP-1
Place the milk, sugar, and pista
essence in a blender.
STEP-2
Blend till well mixed.
STEP-3
Serve with the chopped
apple and soaked chia seeds.
