TAPIOCA-CARROT PUDDING/KAPPA-CARROT PUDDING

Tapioca-carrot pudding/kappa-carrot pudding

Ingredients
  •  Tapioca-1 Cup (Grated)
  •  Milk-2 Cups
  • Sugar-12 Cup 
  • Carrot (Grated) - 12 Cup 
  • Condensed Milk-1 Can
  • China Grass-10 G


For Garnishing
  • Sprinkles
  • Cherry 

Method

STEP-1
Soak china grass in ½ cup milk.

STEP-2
Boil sugar and remaining milk.

STEP-3
Add tapioca first and cook till soft.

STEP-4
Then add carrot cook for few minutes.

STEP-5
Add the china grass and cook till dissolved.
Continue to cook for a few more minutes.

STEP-6
Add the condensed milk and stir well.
When it becomes custard-like in consistency, remove from the heat.

STEP-7
Pour in a pudding dish and keep aside.

STEP-8
When half set, garnish with grated carrot, coconut and cashewnuts.

STEP-9
Refrigerate till set.

STEP-10
Cut into pieces and serve.
