Strawberries and Cream Popsicles

Ingredients

For First Layer

• Strawberries-10-15
• Sugar-As Required

For Second Layer

• Fresh Cream-1 Cup
• Honey-1 -2 Tablespoon

Method

STEP-1

Puree the strawberries along with sugar until smooth, and set aside.

STEP-2

Whisk together fresh cream& honey.

STEP-3

Pour strawberry mixture in each mold up to about 1/2 of the mold.

STEP-4

Then add the cream mixture. I recommend spooning the cream mixture in to the mold to help keep the stripes.

STEP-5

Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours or so until cold & stiff.
