Egg - Banana Stir
Fry
- Large Ripe Bananas / Nendrapazham-2
- Eggs-2
- Sugar-2 Tablespoon
- Cardamom Powder- A Pinch
- Cashew Nuts And Raisins-Few
- Ghee-2 Tablespoon
Method
STEP-1
In a bowl, mix together eggs,
sugar and cardamom powder and keep it aside.
STEP-2
Peel and chop bananas into small
pieces.
STEP-3
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the cashew
nuts and raisins.
STEP-4
Add chopped bananas and fry till it
turns soft and golden in colour on medium flame.
STEP-5
Then add egg mixture to this and
scramble it well along with bananas and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Switch off the flame and serve.
