SILK ROTI/SILK DOSA

Silk Roti/Silk Dosa
Ingredients

  • Basmati Rice-2 Cup (Soaked)
  • Egg-2
  • Coconut Milk-2 ½ Cup
  • Salt-As Required
  • Turmeric Powder-A pinch

Method

STEP-1
Wash and soak the basmati rice for 2 hours.
Drain the soaked rice.

STEP-2
Grind all ingredients together to make a smooth batter. Add more coconut milk to get a thin flowing watery consistency.


STEP-3
Heat a non stick dosa pan on medium heat. Apply some oil (optional)

STEP-4
Pour a ladle full of the batter on it and spread it in a circular motion 

STEP-5
Cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
The dosa does not become crisp.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
