3 LAYER OREO PUDDING

3 Layer Oreo Pudding




Ingredients

First Layer
  • Oreo-12
  • Whipping Cream -2 Tablespoon


 Second Layer
  • Milk-2 Cup
  • Custard Powder-2 Tablespoon
  • Milkmaid-1/3 Cup


Third Layer
  • Whipping Cream -250 Ml
  • Milkmaid-1/3 Cup
  • Vanilla Essence-1/4 Teaspoon


Method

First layer

STEP-1
Crush oreos in a blender along with 2 tablespoon of whipping cream.

STEP-2
Press crumb mixture onto bottom of a pudding tray.
Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.

Second layer

STEP-3
In a medium saucepan set over medium heat, bring the milk to a boil.

STEP-4
Dissolve custard powder in 4 tablespoon milk (to avoid lumps) and pour into the above preparation.

STEP-5
Then add milkmaid and mix well. Let it cool for 5 minutes


STEP-6
Pour on the top of oreo layer.
Refrigerate while you make the whipped cream. 

Third layer

STEP-7
Combine all ingredients with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.


STEP-8
Pour on the top of custard layer.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
Garnish with crushed oreo cookies and cookies halves just before serving.
