Materials needed

.A4 paper(here i used ,used papers)

.Cissors

.White glue

.Cradboard

.Spray paints:golden and yellow

Instructions

STEP-1

.Make a circular base using cardboard.

STEP-2

.Draw a circle in the center of the circular base.(I took a cup saucer and drew a circle in the center)
.The circle should be in the middle of the cardboard.

STEP-3
.Take A4 paper,make two pieces
.And Roll them into cones.I gummed(taped )each paper cone shut.(1st,2nd,3rd,4th&5th)
.Press the bottom to make them flat.(6th)
.Mark four points in the card board.First glue your paper cones in that points.(7th)

.Then fill the remaining spaces.
.After you finish your first raw of paper cones,continue with the second raw...third raw..

STEP-4
.Then paint cones using spary paint(yellow &golden)
.Make a hole in the cardboard &and hang it in wall.
