Fish
Mulakittathu
Kerala is one of the top procedures of the
fish. Naturally fish plays a major role in malayalees food culture. Here is the
recipe of a Kerala fish curry without coconut. In my recipe I used kashmiri red
chilly powder. Because I love that red color in my curry. You can add red
chilly powder instead of that.
Instead of kokum star (kodam puli) I
recommend to use tamarind for better taste. And also use manchatti for the
preparation of the curry.
