Egg Noodles
This is an easy noodles with egg and vegetables.

Ingredients
- Oil-1tsp
- Egg-1
- Capsicum-1/4 portion (finely chopped)
- Tomato-1/4 portion (finely chopped)
- Onion-1/4 portion (finely chopped)
- Whole red chilly-2(chopped)
- Noodles-1 packet (indo mie)
- Salt-a pinch
Method
STEP-1
.Boil water, and add the
noodles. Let it boil for 3 - 4 minutes till cooked. Drain and keep aside.
STEP-2
.Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan,
then break the egg.
.Scramble it well, till the
egg is completely cooked.
.Then add all vegetables,
salt and red chillies .Cook for two minutes in high flame.
STEP-4
.Now add boiled and drained
noodles to the pan and mix well with vegetables and egg.
STEP-5
.Then add spices provided
in the packet of indo mie(You can also add spices like chilly powder, pepper powder,
chicken masala etc).
.Toss the noodles for 2
minutes in high flame.
Tip
.You can use any other
vegetables .Here I used capsicum, tomato and onion.
