Ingredients
- .Cumin seeds-1/4tsp
- .Peanut-2 hand full
- .Ginger-1 big
- .Garlic-7 cloves
- .Oil-2tsp
- .Onion-1/2 portion (finely chopped)
- .Curry leaves-1 string
- .Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
- .Red chilly powder-1tsp (depends on your spice level)
- .Brinjal-1/2 k(cut into small pieces)
- .Salt –as required

.Then add ginger and garlic to it. Crush again. Set aside.

.In a pan pours oil. Saute onion and curry leaves till onion
become translucent.

.Add crushed paste to it. Saute very well.
STEP-5
.Add turmeric powder and red chilly powder one by one and
sauté again ,to avoid that raw smell.
