CHOCOLATE CAKE WITHOUT OVEN/CHOCOLATE CAKE IN FRYING PAN

Chocolate Cake Without Oven/Chocolate Cake in Frying Pan


Ingredients
  • Egg -2
  • Sugar -1/2-3/4 Glass (Powdered)
  • Butter-60g
  • Baking Powder-1/2 Teaspoon
  • Baking Soda-1/2 Teaspoon
  • Vanilla Essence-1 Teaspoon
  • Oil-1 Tablespoon
  • Flour -4 Tablespoon (Heaped)
  • Water-2 Tablespoon
  • Chocolate Powder/Cocoa Powder-3 Tablespoon


For Frosting
  • Whipping Cream
  • Pink Colour



Method

STEP-1
Combine egg, sugar and butter in a bowl.
Beat well till all ingredients are combined.

STEP-2
Then add oil and vanilla essence and mix well.

STEP-3
Sift all the dry ingredients together (Flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda) for 3 times. 

STEP-4

Mix the brown dry mix into the wet mixture along with 2 tablespoon water and beat on low speed using an Electric mixer until combined. Increase the speed to medium. Beat for 3 minutes or until mixture is smooth. Do not over beat. 

STEP-5
Transfer the chocolaty mix into a greased pan.(dust with flour)
Close the lid.


STEP-6
Cook in high flame for 1-2 minutes, and then in low flame about 3-5 minutes.

STEP-7
Frosting is done by whipping cream.
Frost Cake and Enjoy.
