FALOODA

Falooda


Ingredients
 First layer
  • Mixed Fruits-Apple, Banana, Mango, Grapes and Pomegranate
  • Sugar-As Required
  • Lime Juice-1 Teaspoon


Second Layer
  • Milk-1L
  • Rose Syrup-3-4 Tablespoon
  • Sugar-As Per Your Taste
  • Vermicelli-1/2 Cup
  • Black Cous Cous -2 Tablespoon (Soak In ½ Cup Water in 10 Minutes)


Third Layer
  • Strawberry Jelly Crystals -1 Packet


Fourth Layer
  • Vanilla Ice Cream (Flavors Depends On Your Taste)


Fifth Layer
  • Dry Fruits and Cherry /Caramelized Nuts (Here I Used Caramelized Nuts)


Method
First layer
STEP-1
Mix fruits, sugar and lime juice. Keep chilled.

Second Layer
STEP-2
Boil the milk and sugar. And add vermicelli.
Allow to cook the vermicelli and let it cool completely.
Add rose syrup and soaked black cous cous.

Third Layer
STEP-3
Make the jelly as per packet instruction. Cut into cubes.


Fourth Layer
STEP-4
Keep ice cream out 10 minutes before serving.


STEP-5
Prepare caramelized nuts. (You can use any dry fruits also)
In a tall glass arrange according to the layers and serve chilled. Serve immediately once you assembled.
