Ingredients

• .Banana-2                                  
• .Sugar-As Required                                         
• .Cardamom-2                             
• .Salt -A Pinch                                             
• .Egg-1                                     
• .Ghee -1 Tablespoon                                            
• .Roasted Nuts & Raisins –For Decoration (Optional)           

Method

STEP-1

.Grind banana,sugar,cardamom,egg and salt in a mixer. Make a paste.

STEP-2

.In a non-stick pan add ghee. Heat in low flame.

STEP-3

.Pour the mixture in to the non-stick pan.

STEP-4

.Cook in low flame until done.

STEP-5

.Decorate with nuts and raisins.
