Ingredients

• .Cold Milk-2cup
• .Sugar-as per your taste

For caramelizing

• .Sugar-1/4 cup
• .nuts -1 hand full

Method

STEP-1

.Place sugar in a heavy bottomed pan. Melt sugar in low flame. When it become dark brown in color add nuts to it and mix well. Keep aside. Allow to cool.

STEP-2
.Blend milk and caramelized nuts in a blender. Add sugar if needed.
