MICROWAVE VEGETABLE BREAD PIZZA

Microwave Vegetable Bread Pizza





Quick and a simple snack made in microwave Kids are sure to love this!
You can make yours with any type of topping you want!

Ingredients

  • .Shredded Mozzarella Cheese-1/4 Cup
  • .Bread -2 Slices
  • .Pizza Sauce-4 Tablespoon / ( Ketchup With Garlic Powder, It Was Actually Really Good, Just Add The Garlic Powder To Taste)
  • .Chopped Capsicum,Onion,Tomato-Few (For Toppings)

Method

STEP-1
.Place one bread.



STEP-2
 .Pizza sauce- Spread it over the bread (make a sauce or buy it if you don't like buying sauce you can make a sauce)

STEP-3
 .Place your favorite kind of cheese and toppings on your creation. It doesn't matter even if it is individually wrapped cheese. American and mozzarella works great.

STEP-4
 .Add your toppings

STEP-5
 .Again few cheese.

STEP-6
 .Put your creation in the microwave or oven, and leave it in there until the cheese is borderline melted/steamy or until you're ready. (2 minutes)

     Tip

·              .If you use a microwave, your pizza may be a bit soggy, so you can put it in a toaster oven to make it a bit more crisp and drier.
·            .If you use meat, use the oven.

OREO CHOCOLATE DESSERT

Oreo Chocolate Dessert



This No bake strawberry chocolate tart/cake is absolutely AMAZING. It is the easiest recipe you can get for such a decadent chocolaty dessert. It takes no more than 15 minutes to put together.
 The taste is beyond any description. The crust is made with oreos, whole oreos this time :). It is very crispy and complements so well the soft chocolate ganache on top. Strawberries have always made a good pair with chocolate and when you cut the tart/cake into slices they are so nicely sliced as well. 
 You can always top the tart with whatever fruits you like best, or simply with some chocolate chips.  In any case it is wonderful. Give it a try; you will be delighted as we were.

Ingredients
  • .Oreo Biscuit-330 G (32 Pieces)
  • .Butter-110 G(1/2 Cup) Melted
  • .Milk Chocolate-200 G
  • .Bittersweet Chocolate-100 G
  • .Heavy Cream-200 Ml
  • .Strawberries-For Garnishing

Method

STEP-1
.Blend oreo biscuits in a blender.
















STEP-2
.Add butter into it and blend again.




STEP-3
.Pour in to a baking dish/tart dish (easily removable).






STEP-4
.Freeze until you prepares the filling.

STEP-5
.Place cream over medium low heat for a few minutes to get hot. No boiling or simmering is needed.

STEP-6
.Pour over the chocolates .Let sits for 1 minute before stirring.

STEP-7
.Then stir it and make paste.

STEP-8
.Pour on the top of the biscuits.








STEP-9
.Garnish with strawberries.




STEP-10
.Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

SAMBAR

Sambar



Sambar is a very popular dish in South Indian cuisine. It is served with steamed rice or even as a side dish for idli and dosa. Sambar with rice is one of the main courses in everyday South Indian meals.



Ingredients

  • .Dal – 4tbsp
  • .Water - 2 cups
  • .Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
  • .Carrot - 1, cubed
  • .Potato - 1 small-medium, cubed & half cooked
  • .Drumstick - 2, cut lengthwise
  • .Tomato - 2, sliced
  • .Ladies finger- a handful
  • .Tamarind  water– ½ cup (adjust the qty as per your taste)
  • .Sambar powder - 1.5 - 2 tbsp
  • .Asafoetida (kayam) - ½ tsp
  • .Shredded cocnut-4tbsp

For seasoning
  • .Red chilly - 2
  • .Mustard - ¼ tsp
  • .Curry leaves-1 string
  • .Salt-as required
  • .Coconut oil-2tsp


Method

STEP-1
.Pressure cook  dal and vegetables along with salt, water ,tamerind water and turmeric powder on high flame for 3 whistles. Keep it closed for 30 minutes or till the steam goes.

STEP-2
.Grind coconut and asafetida by adding little water

STEP-3
.Add sambar powder and coconut paste to the cooked vegetables.
.Let it boil.

STEP-4
 Heat oil in a pan and crackle the mustard seeds. Add red chillies and curry leaves. Saute it.
 Add this to the sambar and mix well. Remove from fire.

Tips
You can adjust the quantity of water to suit your requirements. You can use the veggies of your choice.

AVIYAL

Aviyal





Aviyal is a delicious preparation made with mixed vegetables, curd, and coconut and seasoned with coconut oil and curry leaves. It is a fantastic side dish for rice.

Ingredients

  • .Ash gourd -3/4 cup
  • .Cucumber - 1 cup
  • .Carrot -1
  • .Drumstick -1
  • .Beans -6-7
  • .Raw plantain -1
  • .Elephant foot yam -100 grams
  • .Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  • Salt-as required

For grinding
  • .Grated coconut - 1 cup
  • .Green chilli -3
  • .Curd -1/2 cup

For seasoning
  • .Coconut oil - 2-3 tsp
  • .Curry leaves - few

Method 

STEP-1

.Peel the skin and cut all the vegetables into 2 inch long piece.

STEP-2
.Coarsely grind grated coconut, green chillies and cumin seeds. Keep it aside.

STEP-3
.Cook the vegetables adding salt , turmeric powder and ¼ of yougurt.
.The vegetables should be soft but not mushy. (use very less water and cook)

STEP-4
.Add the grounded coconut paste and cook for a few minutes.

STEP-5
.Add remaining curd and mix well


STEP-6
.Remove from flame.

STEP-7
. Check for salt. 

STEP-8
.Season with coconut oil and curry leaves.


Tip

You can skip curd, if you are adding raw mangoes or add according to the sourness you want. But I love curd.

For marination

  • .Beef-1/2 k 
  • .Chopped tomato
  • .Crushed ginger-1
  • .Crushed garlic-4-5 cloves
  • .Crushed shallots-7-8 cloves
  • .Red chilly powder-1tsp(up to your spice level)
  • .Pepper powder-1tbsp(up to your spice level)
  • .Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  • .Coriander powder-11/2tbsp
  • .Salt-as required
  • .Curry leaves-1 string
  • .Coconut oil-3tbsp





Method

STEP-1
.Marinate beef with marinating ingredients for 30 minutes.(mix well with hand)

STEP-2
.Cook marinated beef in a pressure cooker.

STEP-3
.Turn off fire and wait till pressure releases.

STEP-4
.Pour oil in the pan and fry the beef till all the ingredients well coated.

Mother’s Day Craft
I am very happy and proud to share this because this is done by my naughty boy dhudhu,and gifted me in mother's day.Love you ma super boy..!!!


If you are looking for an adorable card to make someone special ,this one is perfect!Kids can make them all by their selves using noodles and paint!This is perfect for mother's day,but you can use it for any other occasion.

Materials Used

  • White paper
  • Noodles
  • White Glue
  • Yellow paint
  • Paint brush
  •   Black pen/black color



STEP-1
.Start by squirting yellow paint on a plate and have the kids roll each noodle with a paintbrush.
STEP-2
.After the noodles dry ,the kids will have pick them off the plate because they'll be sticking.

STEP-3
.Have them paint a yellow circle on the paper with finger/paint brush.


STEP-4
.Then put lines of glue around outside.Have them press the noodles against the glue and hold for few seconds.
STEP-5 .Add a smiley face with a black color/pen and write "MOM,You are my  SUNSHINE!" at the top!!!

This is an easy canvas painting with glitter powder and spray paint. For this painting we don’t need to know how to use brushes.


Materials needed
.Canvas
.Spray paint (golden)
.White glue
.Glitter powder (blue)
.Contact paper
.Pen
.Paint brush




Instructions

STEP-1
.First step, Using contact paper cut out the sayings.
.You can simply print off your saying in whatever size and font desired.
.Then place your contact paper over the top and of the paper, trace and cut with an x-acto knife.(or simply write your sayings on contact paper and cut it out)

STEP-2
.Position the letters on the canvas.
.When you have them where you'd like them to be ,peel off the paper backing and stick the letters to the canvas.


STEP-3
.When all the letters have been placed, spray a thick layer of spray paint over the entire canvas.
.Let dry. If need ,apply another coat.

STEP-4
.When it is dry, peel the sayings off.

STEP-5


.Then gum the sayings with a brush and glam with glitters.

BAKED BREAD PUDDING

Baked Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • White Bread Slices -5
  • Butter -45 G
  • Milk- 2 Cups
  • Sugar -1/2 Cup (Up To Your Taste Level)
  • Eggs -2
  • Vanilla Essence -2 Teaspoon


Method

STEP-1
Preheat oven to 180°C.
 STEP-2
Butter bread slices. Keep one slice on top of another and make three sandwiches.
 STEP-3
Cut each of them into four triangles.

STEP-4
Arrange the triangles in a baking dish so each triangle overlaps the previous one.

STEP-5
Take hot milk in a bowl, add sugar and stir till it dissolves.

STEP-6
Break eggs into it and whisk to mix well.

STEP-7
Add vanilla essence and mix.

STEP-8
Pour this mixture over the bread slices and press the bread lightly so that they soak up most of the milk.

STEP-9
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about forty minutes.

STEP-10
Serve hot or cold.









KALLUMMAKKAYA (MUSSELS) ROAST

  • .Red chilly powder -1tsp(up to your spice level)

  • .Oil-for frying(3tbsp)

For masala
  • .Lengthily chopped onion -1
  • .Lengthily chopped tomato -1
  • .Crushed ginger-1
  • .Crushed cloves-4 cloves
  • .Green chilly-2(slit)
  • .Turmeric powder-a pinch
  • .Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp(up to your spice level)
  • .Fennel seed powder-1/2 tsp
  • .Salt -a pinch
  • .Curry leaves-1 string
  • .Chopped coriander leaves-few
  • .Lime juice-1tbsp


Method

STEP-1
.Marinate the fish with red chilly powder,turmeric powder  and salt for 30 minutes.

STEP-2
.Pour oil into the pan.Then fry the marinated fish.Kept aside.

STEP-3
.Saute onion by same oil.

STEP-4
.Then add crushed ginger and garlic ,saute in low flame for 2 minutes.

STEP-5
.Then add turmeric powder.Saute again.



STEP-6
.Add red chilly powder,saute for 2 minutes in low flame.

STEP-7
.Then add fennel seed powder,mix well.
STEP-8
.Add tomato,then close the lid and saute in low flame until tomato become a fine paste(stirring occasionally.)

STEP-9
.Then add curry leaves and fried fish.Mix well.Close the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes.

STEP-10
.Finally add coriander leaves and lime juice.


STEP-11
.Mix well and turn off fire.

This canvas art is super easy to make ,and they are lots of fun!this is a great wall decoration.You can also give gift to any one.Make yourself!!! .This was definitely one of my favorite art that i have ever done.I loved seeing it come together.

Materials used
.Felt cloth(for making flower and leaf)
.Green thread
.Canvas
.White glue
.Pen/pencil

Instruction
STEP-1
.For flower making -.Cut your circle.




STEP-2

.Draw a spiral shape on the sheet of cloth.







STEP-3
.Cut out spiral along that lines you have drawn.









STEP-4
.Begin rolling up the spiral from the outside.




STEP-5
.Using glue,add a generous amount of gum to the base,and then press the spiral part of the flower into it ,until it sets.
.Repeat the process .









STEP-6
Cut out petal shapes.




STEP-7
Arrange in the canvas.
First,gum the thread,then flower and petals.
