LIVER FRY

Liver Fry



Ingredients
  • Mutton Liver/Chicken Liver/Beef Liver-1/2 K
  • Pepper Powder-1 ½ Tablespoons
  • Red Chilly Powder-1 Teaspoon (Up To Your Spice Level)
  • Turmeric Powder-1 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder-1 ½ Teaspoons
  • Salt-As Needed
  • Oil-2 Tablespoon
  • Vinegar-1 Teaspoon

To Crush
  • Shallots -10 Cloves
  • Garlic-4-5 Cloves


Method

STEP-1
Cut liver into small sizes cubes.
Take a bowl adds liver pieces along with 1 teaspoon vinegar and soak it for 30 minutes.
Clean and wash them well with water and drain it in a strainer. Keep it aside.

STEP-2
Crush shallots and garlic.

STEP-3
 In a bowl mix liver, crushed shallots, crushed garlic, red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt (well with hands).

STEP-4

In a kadai pour oil.
Once the oil gets hot add the liver mix.

STEP-5
Cover the kadai with a lid and let the liver cook on slow flame.

Once oil come out mix and fry will till mixture is dry.
