HUMMUS

Hummus

Ingredients
  • Chick Peas-1 Cup (Soaked Overnight/3-4 Hours and Boiled)
  • Tahini Paste (Sesame Paste)- 2- 3 Tablespoon
  • Olive Oil-2 Tablespoon
  • Lime Juice-2-3 Tablespoon
  • Garlic -1 Clove
  • Salt –As Needed


Method

STEP-1

Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend them together in a food processor until it becomes a fine paste.
