Chicken Broast
- Chicken With Skin-6 Pieces
- Pepper Powder-1 Tablespoon
- Salt -As Needed
- Lemon Juice-1Tablespoon
- Egg-1
- Ginger Garlic Paste -1 Tablespoon
- Oil- For Frying
For Coating
- Corn Flour- 3 Tablespoon
- Rice Flour- 2 Tablespoon
- Red Chilly Powder-1/4 Teaspoon
Method
STEP-1
Marinate chicken pieces
with salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice,pepper powder, egg leave for 30 minutes/overnight in fridge.
Then mix rice flour,
corn flour and
red chilly powder in a bowl.
STEP-3
Now roll chicken pieces in dry mixture
and deep fry until its crispy and golden brown.
STEP-4
Serve with fries.
