- Garam Masala Powder-1/4 Teaspoon

Method
STEP-1
Threw the puff pastry squares at room temperature for few minutes.
STEP-2
Cook the chicken by adding red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Allow to cool.
Cut them into tiny pieces. Keep aside

Crush ginger garlic and green chilly.
STEP-4
Heat oil in the pan, add finely chopped onions. Sauté it

Then add crushed ginger garlic and green chilly, sauté again.
STEP-6
Add turmeric powder, chilly powder & shredded chicken (or cut them in tiny pieces).
STEP-7
Sprinkle some finely chopped coriander leaves. Allow it to cool.
STEP-8
Combine egg and water, stirring with a whisk.
STEP-9
Spoon about 1 tablespoon filling in center of each pastry square. Fold each pastry square in half; press edges closed with tines of a fork.
STEP-10
Brush egg mixture along edges of pastry squares; Brush top with egg wash; arrange 1 inch apart on a baking sheet.
STEP-11
Bake in preheated oven at 250°C for 15-18 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
