VANILLA PUDDING(WITHOUT EGG)

Vanilla Pudding (Without Egg)


Ingredients
  • Milk – 2 Cup
  • Sugar-1/2 Cup (As Per Your Sugar Level)
  • Cornstarch -3 Tablespoon
  • Vanilla Essence- 1 Teaspoon
  • Butter-1 Tablespoon
  • Salt-A pinch


Method
STEP-1
In medium saucepan over medium heat, heat milk until bubbles form at edges.

STEP-2
In a bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
 Pour into hot milk, a little at a time, stirring to dissolve.

STEP-3
Continue to cook and stir until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon. Do not boil.

STEP-4
 Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and butter. Pour into serving dishes. Chill before serving

LADIES FINGER FRY/OKRA FRY

  •   Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tsp (up to your spice level)

Ingredients

  • Milk -1 cup
  • Sugar-5 tablespoon
  • Egg -2(Beaten)

For Caramel Syrup
  • Water -1 tablespoon

PAPAYA JUICE

Papaya Juice


Ingredients
  • Papaya – ½ Cup
  • Milk Powder – 2 Tablespoon
  • Sugar – 1 Tablespoon (As Per Your Taste)
  • Cold Water -1/4-1/2 Cup


Method

STEP-1
Peel papaya and remove seeds; dice into small pieces.

STEP-2
Place papaya pieces, sugar, milk powder and cold water in blender or food processor.
Blend until a smooth puree.

STEP-3
Check for consistency; if it is too thick, and then add more water. Blend it again for few seconds and taste for sugar.

STEP-4
Pour it in serving glass and serve immediately.
