TUNA MASALA VADA

Tuna Masala Vada




Vada is a common term for many different types of savoury fritter-type snacks from South India with a set of common ingredients.

Ingredients
  • Maida/All purpose flour – 11/2cups
  • Water –as needed
  • Ghee/oil-1tbsp
  • Salt-as required


For Filling

Method

STEP-1
Sieve the flour with salt. Add melted ghee or oil. Add little water at a time and knead well to form dough.

STEP-2
Make lemon sized ball out of it &roll out the dough into slightly thick. Place the stuffing [above it spread cheese,its optional]Cover it like the instructions given in the picture

STEP-3
Use bottle top for making hole and fold the ends

STEP-4
Now carefully take out &deep fry in the oil.
When it get golden brown place them on a paper towel &let them drain out the excess oil,
