Pear Milkshake
Pears fruit
is packed with health benefiting nutrients such as dietary fiber,

Ingredients
- Pears - 1 Cup (De-Seeded And
Chopped)
- Sugar- As Required
- Milk- 1/2 Cup (Chilled)
- Ice Cubes – As Required
- Crushed Nuts-For Garnishing
Method
STEP 1
For preparing pears
milk shake, blend the pears, sugar, milk and ice cubes to a fine paste.
STEP 2
Pears milk shake is ready.
Garnish with crushed nuts. Serve chilled.
