Beans with Tomato and Onion

Ingredients
- Beans -400g (chopped)
- Onion -1 chopped
- Finely chopped ginger-1 piece
- Crushed garlic cloves-2-3
- Red chilly powder-3/4 tsp(up to your spice level)
- Crushed ginger-1tsp
- Turmeric powder-1tsp
- Salt –as required
- Water-200ml
- Finely chopped tomato-2 small
- Mustard seeds -1tsp
- Oil-3tsp
Method
STEP-1
Pour oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
STEP-2
Then add onion along with crushed garlic and chopped ginger
1 tsp. Saute until onion become translucent.
STEP-3
Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and crushed ginger, saute
in low flame for 1-2 minutes.
STEP-4
Add beans along with water and salt. Close the lid and cook in low
flame for 10 minutes.
STEP-5
After that add tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes.
