Leftover Curry Rolls
- Vegetables (from leftover vegetable curry)-1 cup
- Pepper powder-1tsp
- Garam masala powder-1/2tsp
- Salt –as required
- Coriander leaves-few
For binding
- Bread crumbs-1/2-1 cup
- Flour-2tbsp
For rolling
and frying
- Bread crumbs-1 cup
- Oil-for frying
Method
STEP-1
In a bowl smash
the vegetables being kept from the leftover curry.
STEP-2
Add pepper
powder, garam masala powder and coriander leaves. Mix well.
STEP-3
Add bread
crumbs and flour. Mix well by hand.
STEP-4
Check for
salt.
STEP-5
Shape the
masala, and roll in the bread crumbs.
