Strawberry - Bread Pudding
- Bread Slices-3
- Fresh Cream -100 ml
- Milkmaid-3 Tablespoon
- Whipping Cream -2 Cup
- Strawberries-8-10
- Strawberry Essence-1-2 Drops (Optional)
Method
STEP-1
Trim the
edges of bread.
STEP-2
Blend all
ingredients in a blender until smooth.
STEP-3
Pour the mix
into the mould.
STEP-4
Cover with grease proof paper or aluminium foil.
Place the mix in the steamer and
close the lid. Once steam comes, simmer for 20-30 minutes. After 20 minutes, test the center of
the pudding with a knife. If the knife comes out clean, the pudding is done or
else you will have to cook if for some more time.
Then switch off fire and leave it for another 5 minutes.
STEP-5
Refrigerate for
6 hours.
